So its merely a backdoor lending facility? Where does it get its funding from and at what cost? From government grants, (taxpayer funded) for free? If this was the case then it should be getting a substantially better return than the market can if that's the case.
I must get around to looking at its financial report over the weekend, its a low priority though.
