Zub - with the dilution, there is no way that the SP will get to 8c in the next 10 months. Gus would be well aware of this. So there is only one reason for him seeking the extension. The Class D's also vest on board or company takeover. The extension is a clear signal that one of the two (board or company takeover) will occur before October next year.
