Personally I'm starting to reassess the quality of management in light of this commentary at the AGM.
I note that SNL are steaming ahead with their parts and services business, while MXI are struggling. And this comes after we have been told by MXI that by diversifying into parts and services would smooth out the fluctuations in earnings from year to year. The strategy appears to not be working at this point, and the company's earnings are as cyclical as ever!
