So it appears there will be no MDL announcement this month. I am a big advocate for this company but I must admit my patience is being tested.

I don't mind if the MDL is late personally but I really think that if management have failed to meet their fourth quarter target they should at the very least put out some information to let the shareholders know where they are at and why the application has been delayed and any advancements they have made.
