They have to repay by Sep or issue shares at 20% discount.
Can't see them parting with the cash.
You all know how stocks that issue to Magna end up.
Once the MDL is issued,they can draw another $US75ok
or about $A1 mill.
Another$US750k 45 days later.
There will be no income for a few years yet,
if it happens, to repay Magna.
They will have the cash to do what they do,
and you will have a trashed share price.
