    Its probably because that's when it was ready..
    ie "guys, it have it done by the end of the week",,, and it was.

    ERM management have a habit of releasing stuff when it's ready or due, as opposed to hyping or otherwise the market. Get used to that happening with ERM.

    You don't get to work with companies like EVN dodging and weaving with public perceptions and announcements
