2016 End of year accounts

When are the 2016 End of year accounts due
Looking to invest and am interested in the potential of this business model
but cant get my head around the current $37 Mil cap
I see at the 31 Dec 2015 the company had negative funds
of $778,000 and it appears it will turnover about $1 Mil
for the full year What am I missing ???
The current share and cash issue at least gets rid of
the 15% interest payments on the convertable notes ???
But it concerns me the generation of 80 thousand dollars
of bad debts on such a low revenue
