I believe it was the pending approval of their Environment Impact Statement that was holding up the show. Contractors have been working, and front end engineering has been rolling along so must have gotten the go ahead. This is an investment not a trade. I'd bottom drawer this and let it go to work over the next 12 months. DYOR... And submit your findings here!
