Anzaz, I haven't seen the article you are referring to, so I'm not in a position to make specific comments on the article, but I think it's important to clarify that the first stage of development is certainly much less than a couple hundred million - although yet to be quantified by the feasibility study.
Lately it's been disappointing to see the increased selling but I remain of the view that investors are holding out until the big announcements re feasibility study outcome and ILUA occur. That should reinvigorate the market and selling will likely dry up.
Funding for the development probably will be staged, as per the staging of the project, hopefully with SFG retaining a significant equity for the first stage at least.
I'm certainly still very bullish on Project Sea Dragon, and therefore remain a buyer of SFG at this current price
