Couple of points to your question:

* When you consider that this has gone up 100% in price since only a few weeks back there will always be profit takers.
*Trading 101, alot of folks dont give a hoot about the story behind the company as long is it has ok fundamentals, trading becomes a game of following the charts. So sell the tops buy back in the dips. (Both the buyers and sellers think they have made the right choice!!)
*The auction is still 5 weeks away, plenty of time to sell make money else where and come back in a few days (aka opportunity cost)
