Nice work Hotty! Looks like big cash is being allocated to M&A in the US - tax breaks would make these companies more attractive. Some big numbers.
$10B buyout of NEU would get my vote!($100/share)
Yes geofftn your shares would pass to the new owner and you would get a cheque in the mail. Requires a majority vote from the Shareholders to go ahead, so any buyout deal will be detailed and recommended by the Board prior to a vote.
