Hi What a Gas,
I see it the other way that there is slow accumulation in order to keep the price as low as possible. I was interested with yesterdays first buy of 46,000 shares at $3.39 when the sell side started at $3.28 (i believe). Someone wanted in at any price. This is definitely an exciting stock to be in ATM.
