PSY makes no money, is a high risk and speculative stock and so relies on spin to increase it's market cap until orders or commitments are announcement.
Thats we roll here.
This is classic technical analysis. A retest of the low of 30 July 2014 to within .001 on 23 Feb 2017 which is what we call "successful".What will drive the price higher from here are any number of events not yet known so all we have to go on is T.A, for now.
If I'm wrong then that is what my stop loss is for.
