The point of all this is that the more times price hits the red line and reverses the less likely it is to go below it thus forming a base.
If the price continues to act in this manner means accumulation is taking place as traders/investors consider the stock is oversold and see a bargain. Remember also this was the point in 2014 when the price went into the stratosphere which would be an unlikely event again but then you never know.
