The top 20 is the top 20 holdings but may not include all shares held by a holder. For example, if a holder has a top 20 holding in his DIY super account and 100,000 in his personal account the personal account will not be included/seen as part of the top 20 list. The total top 20 list will be the total of the top 20 individual holdings.
