Well I have to admit to being totally confused by your logic but that's nothing new for me, as my own logic often confuses me.

But.
The top 20 is the top 20.
If the company states that the top 20 has x amount of shares then that is what I believe they mean.

If they are leaving out the accounts held by anyone in that top 20 that are under the amount that puts them in the list then they are falsely reporting the list.

It doesn't matter though as the sp has gone down & down so we can bitch all we like.
Until they sign a deal we have to just suck it up or get out.

I do enjoy the conversations that we have though.
I just wish there was a more accurate way of telling the difference between buying selling & manipulating.
Your thoughts are welcome on that issue if you have any ideas on how it all works.
