Ayup- I read somewhere that around 20% of global cobalt last year was actually stockpiled by brokers to sell later.
Looks like they would have made a good earn by doing that so we'd have to imagine they'll do the same again this year.. if not to an even greater extent.
All those battery factories we heard of last year must slowly be rescuing completion as well. Let's get tax time out of the way and then enjoy the return to silly season.
