What the general public knows is "nearing completion and expected to be announced soon" as at 13th June. Question one must ask is, do ARL as a company strategically want to announce this in FY 2016 2017 or 2017 2018? My personal opinion is we get this late week, thus there should be some green shoots very soon. Please do not take this as financial advice
