Mt Erubus happened way back in 1979 - 38 years ago!
Is anyone still employed by Air New Zealand from way back then - things have improved JCoure right across the aviation landscape which is shown up by the figures - safety has dramatically improved from 38 years ago - technology in bad weather is light years away now from 1979 - they can land with no visuals at all now with all the instrumentation and onboard radars etc. Come on its 2017
