$4 or $5 could be a possibility if Wilmington and Paducah get the green light and start construction. For me that is guaranteed revenue to justify the premium. Until they start construction I just can't see that sort of premium. I reckon a takeover offer now would be 70c and $1 if Paducah gets green light (but before construction starts.
