We're all sweating on a great deal for next 1 year off take deal hoping for an amazing price. No doubt we will be disappointed as dreams always exceed reality. Then we start dreaming what the prices will be following year.
1 year prices are good but it is like living hand to mouth. Although a great price is achieved you cannot go to a bank to secure a loan.
It's like having a one year fixed term employment contract as the highest paid miner in Australia end of the day it is only a one year stint.
