    a few thoughts:

    1) forget profits for a goodly while - all ambitious early stage tech companies recycle profits into growth - Xref is opening new offices - broadening and localising the platform - extending board etc etc - so lots of new costs are coming via expansion - but also lots of new business opportunities - the key then is that the company wins new business in line with (or just ahead of) the expanding costs

    2) the second question is how much money can the business make - as revenue will drive MC for the next few years - we can see the pricing list - but how much will big companies spend - year after year? if your bullish on this point then your should be bullish on the stock

    3) the third question is how successful will they be in the US - if they crack the US its a game changer

    4) if they attempt to raise more cash the question to ask is what for? if to pay existing costs that would be negative - if to acquire or expand in totally new ways that could be positive
