i think it is the fact that they are actually making rare earths.
although , its part of the due diligence. They are buying ore from elsewhere and pushing through vietnam RE ........
I dont for the life of me understand how you can sign a 12 month tolling agreement and not announce it immediately.
still nothing more than a speculative fiction for me gents. not getting back in without offtakes.
