Can anyone shed more light on below. What is the issue price of 78 million shares. Also what is the condition for 22 million performance shares.
78,769,149 fully paid ordinary shares will be escrowed until 14 June 2017.
22,400,000 unquoted performance shares as set out at section 11.3 of the Prospectus will be escrowed until 14 June 2017.
