    You also wrote;

    1. If you look at the charts and period, a share price of $0.03c plus didn't last long i.e., it wasn't sustained.

    2. That share price peak was right at the time of demonitisation. Again you only have to look at the charts.

    3. I'm not sure how management were to acquire the business without thorough due diligence on TSI India first? Due diligence on TSI India only began a few months prior to demonitisation and we all know how long due diligence can take.

    4. Any acquisition must be value accretive for any company commiting that potential kind of money.
