    Hi Mohnish, seems to me your post is suggesting TSI wants TSN more than TSN wants TSI. What about reviewing the asking price or move on & as you say create value in other ways for CX. TSN will have 25% of this, or just buy TSN's 25% to make it cleaner for TSI in creating new value.
