Mr.Perry! How long is a piece of string? The wet season can be anywhere between October/April,with dry,generally,around May/October..This is not "hard and fast",as it has been known to rain in the dry with fine periods during the wet!!
The answer as to when operations will commence,(IMO),is that just as soon as two matters are decided upon...
1= The Corporate re-organisation of PFC is decided upon and enacted.
2= The contracting of field crews and their support has possibly been "tentatively" arranged? But no degree of certainty can be expected until PFC/Statoil have their management plans activated.
Until then,we just have to continue marking time.. However,it will,eventually,rest assured,all come to pass...
