No buyers.. plenty of time to wait for all the pre-ipo investors to sell out given they are already in the money and don't mind selling below IPO price (as their exit strategy).

I, personally, don't like buying into someone else's exit strategy but if they are all gone, and perhaps the price is up to 25% discount off IPO price, then it can be considered attractive.

Look at Ingham - they tried to float it between $3.54 - $4.14 (as exit strategy for the original founders) but market didn't like it. $$ still below IPO price since beginning of Nov.

Plenty of stock with similar PE and have strong profit history.
