ASSET: JWI: Acquisition of Business

The directors of Just Water International Limited advise that they, through
Clearwater Filter Systems (Aust) Pty Ltd, a wholly owned Australian
subsidiary of Just Water International Limited, have signed an unconditional
agreement to acquire the business of Brisbane based Pure Rain Water
Purification Systems for Australian dollars $505,000 plus inventory which is
estimated to be approximately Australian dollars $40,000. Settlement is
payable in cash on the 30th June 2013.

The business has operated in Brisbane and the surrounding regions for over 19
years under the same ownership and has strong synergies in terms of customer
base, sales and servicing with Clearwater Filter Systems (Aust) Pty Ltd.
