Snakk Media Limited ("SNK") advises that it has issued new ordinary shares as
follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (SNK).
ISIN: NZSNKE0001S9.
Number issued: 5,573,857.
Payment: 5,573,857 of the new shares have been issued at an issue price of 12
cents per share in term of the SNK private placement share offer that closed
on 31 May 2013.
Percentage of total Class
of Securities issued: 2.14% (of the total number of ordinary shares on issue
post completion of the issue).
Reason for the issue: New issue of ordinary shares having closed the SNK
private placement share offer on 31 May 2013 and allocation of shares per the
terms and conditions of the private placement share offer.
Authority of issue: Director's Resolution and NZAX Listing Rules 7.3.4.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue.
