ISSUE OF SECURITIES BY SNAKK MEDIA LIMITED
Snakk Media Limited ("SNK") advises that it has issued new ordinary shares as
follows:
Class of Security: Ordinary Shares (SNK).
ISIN: NZSNKE0001S9.
Number issued: 1,500,000.
Payment: 1,500,000 of the new shares have been issued at an issue price of 5
cents per share in terms of the SNK share option plan upon the conversion of
fully paid share options to ordinary shares in SNK.
Percentage of total Class
of Securities issued: 0.57% (of the total number of ordinary shares on issue
post completion of the issue).
Reason for the issue: New issue of ordinary shares upon the exercise of
options issued under the terms and conditions of the SNK share option plan.
Authority of issue: Director's Resolution and NZAX Listing Rules 7.3.4.
Terms of issue: The new shares are credited as fully paid, and rank in all
respects equally with the shares already on issue.
