We have no choice but to vote yes so that they can still exist!
The accumulated loss mounted to $90m. Now with only $5m debt, the company is likely to be insolvent if negotiations fall apart. I just ask myself why I bought them in the first place?! too much management promising but always underdelivered! shameless, hell yes, but at the end of the day they all get good pay, $6m quarterly,, and they walk away knowing that they sucked $90m from shareholders all along!
