Question 5:

A shareholder asked about the inconsistent NTA’s and howthere are multiple corrective announcements released.  Once again, this is not verbatim but frommemory and hand written notes.

Shareholder:  “The NTAfigures changed multiple times after they were initially announced.  Why?”

Mischevski:  “It’s notmy job to make sure they’re right, it’s my job to release them to the market.”

Shareholder:  “Yourelease them even if they are wrong?”

Mischevski:  “Theyweren’t wrong.  They were correct at thetime we released them.”

Shareholder:  “Theychanged multiple times!”

Mischevski:  “Yes, we’vebeen very open about it.  Moving on.”

 

Question 6:

Same shareholder from Question 5 asked about why the NTAsuddenly dropped after options were issued. I was still writing notes from previous questions when this question wasasked and didn’t fully get it down.  Thequestion was shut down in the usual fashion by the board with the chairattempting to close the meeting after declaring the question to be answered.
