Thank you VERY much for this writeup. I regret I only have 2 Great Analysis to give. I was very keen to read, this is one of the best writeups I have ever read of an AGM for a tumultuous company. It does appear contemptuous (is that the word). Sigh, how did it get to this.
However, good news, I just read over on the JBL page that they secured $7m from a US fund manager. Correct me if I am wrong here but doesn't that mean we now have lifeline for the whole kaboodle to get up and running - IF- it has legs. Isn't this the best news we could have hoped for? No one is going to drop $7m if they think the whole show is a dud would they?
