do you recall the December 2018 post above linked on AVZ's MoU, stating SPIC is not the same entity as State Power Group?

specifically, @8horse already in April, 2018 you made in a subtle and discrete way, appeared to contradict or improve on @PASBOZ 's post regards his "facts" he posted --content from Bloomberg's corporate profile page for AVZ's BNB MoU.
Again, mate, can you elaborate on this?

If as this poster stated, "AVZ may have made a mistake here" and is not sure of the implications, did anyone check with AVZ Management what are the facts on SPIC and Statepower regards BNB (Beijing National Battery, in AVZ's MoU (March 12 2018)?
