I respectfully disagree, we held 19/19.5c for a while with the same circumstances as you have mentioned above. Yesterday no doubt had some rattled and some have since exited. I for one am more calm today than yesterday and as others do the same we should level out (albeit at a lower price). However the fall in price is a reminder on what can happen so s/h are definitely watchin close on what is happenin. As much as it may fall slightly further, theres no reason it wont hold. Could be wrong though.
