I do remember reading an AGY release over a year ago that the brine concentrate needs to be at a specific concentration. Certain amounts of impurities are evaporated, Pablos process is better suited to evaporation rather than cooking off.
Concentrate cant remain in the ponds once optimum densities and percentages are reached. Changes the composition too much then the process changes, adjustments become too variable and you wont get consistency.
