AGY was the top performing code in my ASX Li Index yesterday with a gain of 5.88%
The index had a very negative day following the the fall of the Global X on Friday which is reacting to geopolitical issues.
I'm totally surprised and delighted that AGY went counter trend against my index to such an extent, something I wasn't expecting and just shows the calibre and resilience of AGY.
As @MarketingMan has quite rightly pointed out AGY is a spec play and may not necessarily follow any index, market or any other event and has a mind of it's own.
For AGY to deviate from it's competitors by such a margin I can only conclude that AGY has detached itself from anything and everything and is likely, based on probability to continue along the path of least resistance which is up.
