@MarketingMan Yes it is. In a nutshell for AGY it's the divergence of the two lower lows in price with two higher lows of any of the indicators (in this case both MACD and Stochastics). The upward direction of the indicators indicates reversal in price. Please look at the pink straightlines in my chart.
It has happened twice: right before the BG 99.5% Ann when price was dumped to 16c, then retracement down to 20c before BG 99.8%. Now it's creating another upward divergence in the indicators, so... Finger crossed!
