Agree. It's also possible that it is not the preferred partner but a jilted partner who has enough information to see opportunity to make a killing whilst also hoping to pull agy back to their offer. Or just Big Oil looking to get into the alternative energy market. Anybody who knows the history of these players will not be surprised in the slightest.
