    All cool Brando, I'm not attempting to be inflammatory. Google Gap Theory for an explanation of an Up Gap - "For an up gap to form, the low price after the market closes must be higher than the high price of the previous day". This didn't happen due to the highs/lows over the last 2 trading days, therefore no gap was created.
