I am seeing a falling wedge formation forming on the chart - a bullish formation with the upper wedge intercepting today around .33. The Momentum indicators that I use including the MACD & stochastics 5,3,3 & 14,3,3 have all crossed up, the only negative if you would call it a negative is the volume is very low still - I suspect many technical traders/investors are waiting on the sidelines on anticipation of a break through .33. A break of .33 on increased volume should take us quickly up the .40 area . May need some good fundamental news to spark things up a bit. IMO DYOR.
