You are being mischievous. The interest during the construction phase will accumulate. Then the project finance will take a big chunk of the spare cash until paid off. Probably some refinancing along the way once production is established. Don't think there will be dividends from production day 1 if FAR still owning SNE, but later in the piece when free cash and debt level can support it.
Regarding interest cost during construction, funding will be drawn down as required, not $300m from day 1, so it will be back ended.
