That would depend on the interest rate and how financing is structured, the interest to first oil could become part of the loan...as could admin over that time..debt repayment could potentially be spread over a longer period depending on the interest rate and like many Companies some carried more or less permanently.
The debt would phase in over the time from FID through to production and first oil could arrive before development spending is finished...
There are so many ways financing can be obtained and repaid but you can bet most surplus cash after production will be directed towards repayment, not dividends and how long that takes depends on the price of oil in AU$ at the time...I allowed another 500 M shares to our register under the model, which if done, would raise ? amount of dollars , anything from $50 M upwards IMO.
