Can't see why this would impact on FAR unless it simplifies things by having only two partners in lieu of three
If FAR is successful at arbitration it would have zero impact as FAR would have their hands in the lolly jar
Might be a good strategy for cop if far is successful but I couldn't care less how that pans out
