I certainly don't "oppose" your proposed outcomes, everything you say is "on the cards" and in motion, it's just your time lines. Hope you are right, but, it is a great way to start this forum for the new year. Start right at the apex and hope, but, must expect that from that point, there is only one other way it can go and haven't we now seen that for at least the last three new years?
I had a "casual" conversation with a bloke, unidentified, at the firm that usually represents LNY in these dealings and he seemed to think that they were NOT acting for LNY with the TOs and that, "maybe" LNY were dealing directly.
I can't confirm that as the person acting for the TOs just fobs me off.

CLEARLY, these next few months "should" see all of those milestones reached and parts of Agate Creek, finally, moving to Georgetown.
