ACR was once a $4 company. Even at $2, it was over valued and a very deceiving value trap. At 80 cents, again it was a value trap. Last year (around August) they lost their only source of income when their contract was terminated.
Current management living off previous successes and running things into the ground. ACR has nothing going for it. All of the goals, deadlines, etc stated in their reports year after year - they have failed to meet.
If you think now is a good time to enter??? Not under current management! They have failed at everything, I dare say deliberately. Their bonuses are more important than the survival of ACR. It is sad for me to say this: I don’t think ACR deserves to survive. I think it will delist. Not sure when but I think it will. I want to be wrong for existing holders and those who recently got sucked into the lying value trap. I really want to be wrong and see ACR as another successful Aussie company but all evidence is pointing the other way.
It is too late for a new team to save ACR. It will be like asking an Olympic Kayak Gold Medalist to paddle the Titanic alone in last 10 minutes of its life.
Please provide counter evidence as I really want to be wrong on this one.
