    "WHY would a monstrous BANK consider steamrolling a pathetic OIL and GAS company called CTP with a market cap of 60-90 Million"

    From where I'm sitting it looks like the monstrous bank were the ones on the receiving end of being given a gift and we all know who was the gift giver was, the same one that promised us for so long and never delivered.
