I hope you are right. The share price action does not make any sense unless the market knows something we don't know.

Is there possibly a problem with the completion of the Adcel acquisition due to the ridiculous low share price?

And how on earth are they going to make Acquisition no. 2 with no cash and such a low share price? It seems the acquisition will have to go on hold until the share price turns upward.
