The "capping" or selling of #3 in the 15-17c range is a nice excuse for where the share price is at and is somewhat true, however there is no confidence in the market for our management either, and rightly so. Missed deadlines, pie in the sky announcements, inaction on past announcements, and unprofessional announcements are just as much of a reason as to the share price still being at these levels as to what #3's selling is.

If there was belief in our management, we'd have increased buying and would churn through those millions of shares quickly.
